1. Our Fulfillment Process
To ensure fast and reliable delivery, all orders placed on our website (safetechhardware.net) are fulfilled directly from Amazon’s UK warehouses using their Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service.
A key operational aspect of the Amazon MCF service is that it does not support the processing of physical returns. Items dispatched via MCF cannot be sent back to the Amazon warehouse.
Because of this limitation, we are unable to accept physical returns for any products.
2. Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction
While we cannot accept returns, we stand by the quality of our products. If you encounter an issue with an item you receive, we are here to help. We have established the following refund process to address legitimate product issues fairly and efficiently.
3. What to Do for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your order:

Submit Photographic/Video Evidence: To help us verify the issue quickly, please attach clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item. This evidence is mandatory for processing a refund claim.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your email and evidence, our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.

Approved Claims: If the issue is verified as a valid claim (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will process a 50% refund of the item’s original purchase price.

No Return Needed: You do not need to ship the item back to us. You may keep or dispose of the item as you see fit.

Refund Method: The 50% refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. What is Not Covered
This refund policy is designed to cover manufacturing defects and fulfillment errors. The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds if you ordered the wrong product, no longer need it, or have changed your mind. Please double-check your order before purchasing.

Improper Installation: We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or misuse of the product.

Normal Wear and Tear: Products subject to normal wear and tear over time are not eligible for a refund.

Claims After 14 Days: Any issues reported more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund under this policy.
6. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at order@safetechhardware.net as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched from the Amazon warehouse. Once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.
